Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years work experience in furniture industry;

2. Familiar with furniture manufacturing technique and production process (wooden furniture & upholstered furniture), Read and understand technical drawings. Can design/make technical drawings by CAD is a plus.

3. Familiar with furniture materials;

4. Good command of MS Office software (Excel, Word, & Outlook), Photoshop & Auto cad.

5. Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

6. Had been an Order Coordinator or QA or furniture materials buyer is Preferred.

7. Good spoken and written English is a MUST.

Job Description:
1. Assist Purchasing Manager on Projects Follow-up and Coordination from inquiry to delivery. Make sure all details in accordance with client’s requests and catch delivery time;
2. Materials sourcing. Include but not limited to Fabric, leather, hardware, accessories of furniture.
3. Quality Assurance & Customer Service. Need to go to factories frequently for inspecting production status and prepare inspection report timely.
4. Showroom & Sample management.
5. Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1. 至少三年以上家具行业工作经验；
2. 熟悉家具制造技术及生产流程（木质家具 & 软包家具），能读懂技术图纸。会使用CAD设计/制作相应的技术图纸更优；
3. 熟悉家具材料；
4. 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
5. 良好沟通、协调、组织能力；
6. 有家具订单跟单经验，QC经验或家具材料采购经验更优；
7. 英语口语及书面语须流利。

主要工作职责：

1. 协助采购经理对所有项目进行全流程跟进与协调。确保大货生产完全按照客户的要求进行，确保质量和交期；

2. 物料采购。包含但不限于面料、皮料、五金件，家具附件。

3. 质量保证及售后服务。需频繁前往工厂监控生产情况，并及时完成质检报告。

4. 负责展厅陈列和样品的管理。

5. 完成主管安排的其它工作。
