Responsibilities:

1, middle management position, responsible for the overall brand campaign, to maintain the brand's overall image and to assist the sales department to reach sales goals;

2, to provide work guidance to subordinates or to support and supervise their daily activities;

Qualifications

1, Marketing Management or related college degree or above;

2, with cosmetics and background in the media industry, there are at least five years marketing experience, team management experience;

3, with the ability to work independently and analytical skills, strong powers of observation, discretion and adaptability;

4, a well-known brand operation and planning cases, with grasp of market dynamics, the capacity of market direction;

5, active thinking, innovative, high degree of enthusiasm and dedication, good team spirit.

岗位职责：
1、中层主管职位，负责品牌的整体推广计划，维护品牌的整体形象并协助销售部门达成销售目标；
2、给下属提供工作上的指导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
3、策划、实施和评估企业、产品的品牌推广活动；
4、收集整理活动反馈信息，完善市场推广活动的整改，有效推动销售目标达成；
5、负责各种宣传材料（平面、视频、网页等）、项目说明书、销售支持材料、专柜陈列设计及摆设等。

任职资格
1、市场营销管理类或相关专业专科以上学历；
2、具有化妆品及媒体行业的从业背景，有五年以上市场策划工作经验，有团队管理经验；
3、具有独立的工作能力和分析能力、较强的观察力、判断力和应变能力；
4、有知名品牌运作和策划工作案例，具有把握市场动态、市场方向的能力；
5、思维活跃，敢于创新，具备高度的工作热情和事业心，有良好的团队合作精神。
