职责描述
根据所定的程序引领客人入座、接受点菜及为客人服务食品及饮料
向客人呈送菜单，回答客人问询并为客人提供关于食品、饮料及服务的建议
在每次用餐结束后清理台面或餐桌并重新摆台
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销

岗位要求
持有酒店业相关专业证书
熟悉基本的餐饮服务技巧
熟悉基本的酒类及其他餐饮项目的知识
2-3年国际品牌酒店餐厅服务员工作经验

Job Description
Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures
Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests
Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives

Employee Specification
Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable
Basic food and beverage service skills
Basic knowledge of wines and other beverages
2-3 years work experience as Waiter/Waitress - Outlet in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
