Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in protein biochemistry and structural biology background. Candidates will lead the structural biology team to carry out the gene-to-structure studies and elucidate the interactions between small molecules/peptides and their targets. The main focus of this position is to manage a highly motivated team of MS and BS bench scientists and to engage in providing the x-ray crystal structure-based support for all integrated drug discovery researches.

Qualifications

1) Ph.D. in crystallography and protein biochemistry training with minimal 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical/BioPharma industry.

2) Hands-on experience in protein crystallization, and protein expression and purification is must.

3) Proficient in structure biology related software is desired.

4) Familiar to the structure-based drug discovery is a plus.

5) Demonstrated managerial skill to guide groups through corporate change and growth.

6) Excellent verbal and writing skills in English are essential.

7) Strong communication skills and client interaction are required.
