Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone transfer and answer incoming calls and transfers to right department & person.
来电及时应答并准确转接电话；
- Update telephone book information.
通讯录的及时更新；
- Local & national delivery arrangement, contract to express company, such as TNT, EMS, DHL, etc.
与TNT、EMS、DHL等快递公司签订协议；
- Meeting room reservation.
做好会议室预定；
- Business card order.
名片订购；
- Confirm air tickets and hotel reservation.
机票与酒店预定的确认；
- Check company monthly bills.
核对公司每个月的账单；
- Order stationery and daily commodity.
订购办公用品；
- Keep the environment maintenance in good situation.
保持办公区域的整洁；
- Support Admin Manager for daily administrative issue.
完成行政经理交代的其他工作。
This position report to CEO Assistant.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills.
有良好的电话应答及接待访客的能力；
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
精通英语与普通话；
- College degree or above.
大专以上学历；
- Good at MS office software such as word processing and spreadsheet application skills .
熟练运用Office办公软件尤其是Word、 Excel；
- Knowledge of PABX telephone system.
PABX电话系统的熟练使用。

With technology development and product innovation, Refcomp continously expands market share from China to globe. In China Refcomp has some key customers, such as Tongfang, Dunan, Gree, Haier,Media,Climaveneta, Sinko, Tica, Superlink and so on.
