Key Responsibilities:

• Set up material purchasing flow
• Sourcing competitive suppliers for indirect materials
• Continuous cost reduction follow-up and improvement to achieve or exceed company goals
• Price negotiation together with purchasing manager
• Ensure the pricing structure and services offered by suppliers are the best interest to SKF
• Supplier data maintenance
• Contract and PO preparation
• Continue audit and get feedback from internal department and audit supplier timely to improve the Quality and service.
• Other related tasks assigned by Purchasing Manger

The position holder will report to the Purchasing supervisor in the company.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 3+ years purchasing experience in mechanical industry and among at least one year in JV or international company
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or above, Metal Material or related majors are also welcome
• Fluent oral and written English
• Experienced in the needed quality system
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Understand related economic law is preferred
• Well-organized and willing to travel.
