Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising, training and hiring of employees to work in the warehouse either as laborers, equipment operators, clerks or inventory control personnel.

负责仓库人员的管理和培训；

• Scheduling employees, arranging upload / download and deliveries and scheduling use of mechanized equipment such as forklifts.

安排员工装卸货物，合理安排机械设备的操作；

• Ensuing that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed both with regards to personal safety and safety of inventory.

确保公司关于个人以及仓库安全的管理体系的执行；

• Implement 5s in whole warehouse, train and lead the checkpoint to all warehouse employee.

在仓库范围5S活动,培训仓库员工执行并亲自负责检查工作.

• Checking and verifying inventory records, arrange cycle counting to check and improve inventory accuracy at whole company level.

核查公司内所有库存记录，组织安排循环盘点，监督并提高存货库存准确率，保持帐物一致。

• Monitoring the performance and progress of staff.

监督员工的业绩，确保员工业务提升；

• l Monitor all related storage and communicate with other departments timely.

负责跟相关部门的沟通协调；

• Keeping stock control systems up to date on time;.

确保库存管理系统的及时更新；

• Briefing team leaders on a daily basis.

向计划物流经理汇报日常工作；

• Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.

监督车辆、机器设备的维修保养；

• Improving and completing the collocate of storage rationality and convenience to developing the product line.

根据公司产品线的改进及发展，不断完善及改进仓库总体配置的便利性及合理性；

• Contact with shipping agent which company request and achieve all import and export service correctly.

与公司规定的第三方货运代理或物流有效沟通，正确并及时的完成所有进出口业务；

• As ISO management System to improving and achieving indoor case with other department.

根据ISO管理体系要求，不断完善和改进仓库内部及与其他部门之间工作制度。

This position will report to Planning & Logistic Manager.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• College degree or above.

大专及大专以上学历；

• Basic oral or written English especially e-mail and report daily work.

能熟练应用英语，熟练的英语口语与书写，特别是邮件和日常报告；

• Can work under pressure.

能在压力下工作；

• Good command of office software.

会使用办公软件；

• Have experience with shipping agency or custom is better.

有跟货代或海关联系的经验更佳；

• Good communication skills.

良好的沟通协调能力。

• Available for frequent work overtime, hardworking and good communication skills.

能经常加班，工作努力并具备良好的沟通技巧。
