Job Title： Senior Cost Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify all actual cost information and allocating to ensure the costs are actual and correct at the month end.
• 在月底前检查并核实所有实际成本及分配成本,确保正确无误；
• Standard cost maintenance, update and variance report.
• 负责标准成本维护、及时更新和变动汇报；
• Data collection, field estimating, productivity analysis and budget forecasting comply with company and client requirements.
• 依照公司及客户要求做数据收集、现场评估、产能分析及费用预算；
• Costing Closing Entries and related adjustment transactions.
• 成本结账分录的相关调整处理；
• Inventory accounts schedules and reconciliation.
• 调节存货账户；
• Stock item maintenance and cycle stocktaking and inventory valuation report.
• 负责股票项目的维护、周期盘点和存货估价报告；
• Supporting in preparing Inventory analysis report and cost analysis report.
• 支持库存分析报告和成本分析报告；
• Assets booking maintenance, depreciation, amortization and relevant issues.
• 资产维护、折旧资产,摊销和相关事宜；
• Staff expense checking process and entry.
• 检查员工费用报销流程并录入；
• Other relevant tasks assigned.
• 其它有上级领导安排的工作。

Required Skills and Experiences:

• University Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline.
• 会计或相关专业本科以上学历。
• 6+ years of practical experience in similar position of manufacturing Company.
• 6年以上制造业同岗位工作经验。
• Proficient in costing flow, cost accumulation and allocation system in ERP.
• 精通成本流程并能在ERP系统上进行成本归集和分摊。
• Skilled in analysis and data processing using EXCEL.
• 能熟练的运用EXCEL进行数据处理机分析。
• Logical thinking,detail-oriented, proactive and efficient work style.
• 逻辑思维能力强、工作认真、仔细、效率高。
• Available very soon is preferred.
• 可尽快到岗。

Main task


1. Thermokey trading daily affairs and keep the interrelated records
2. Issue export invoices
3. assist to prepare the documents for annual audit report
4. daily affairs interrelate to VAT
5. keep records and analysis for sales revenue
6. check with the output and input VAT
7. supervise for accounting files
8. any other tasks as and when assigned by financial manager
