Job Title： Import & Export Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Following sales orders, including supply the compressors and heat exchangers to customer and HQ.

负责销售部订单操作，包括向国内外客户及总部提供压缩机、换热器和部分配件；

Make the sales report (weekly, monthly, yearly) to Supervisor and Sales Director.

向主管及销售总监汇报周销售报告、月销售报告及年度销售报告；

Supporting daily activities with supervisor.

协助主管完成日常工作；

Material management.

部门物资管理;

Other related works and any other related matters arranged by Supervisor or Sales Manager.

其他相关工作和任何由主管或销售总监布置的其他相关事务；

The position will report to the Operation Supervisor.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Associate degree or above in International Trade, CET 4.

国际贸易专科或以上学历,英语4级；

Minimum 2 years experience of imports & exports.

至少2年以上进出口单证操作经验；

Strong learning desire and ability.

较强的学习欲望和能力；

Familiar with the export process.

熟知出口流程；

Good communication skills.

良好的沟通和表达能力；

High responsibility.

高度责任感;

Good computer usage skills especially ERP.

良好的计算机使用能力，有系统操作经验；
