• Absolutely obey working plan that made by department manager.

• In order to improve brand image of Refcomp, expand market, coordinate with sales job, advanced technology and skill must be master continuously.

为将Refcomp品牌提升到更进一步的高度、努力开拓市场、积极配合销售工作，必须不断学习本公司产品的新技术，充分独立掌握有关产品的工作原理和应用维修技能；

• Establish good relationship with customer with polite behavior,

文明礼貌用语、在中国市场树立本公司售服人员的优秀形象，努力与客户建立良好的协作关系；

• On condition that benefit of company can be damaged, provide satisfied service to customer and give operation suggestion to them.

在不损害本公司利益的前提下，为客户解决故障压缩机问题的同时，尽可能向用户提供满意的售后服务，并有义务对其进行相应的操作维护指导工作；

• Meet big customers’ requirement is the priority even if the situation is disadvantage.

在遇任何不利或同等因素的情况下必须确保重点客户的服务要求；

• Precisely know the malfunction at customer site, then take pictures on the important part, communicate with customer, try to master all information related to the problem.

至客户现场应尽可能了解产品故障发生前后的情况， 通过拍照、与客户现场交流、索取客户原始产品运行记录等方式方法、最大限度的掌握和保存第一手资料；

• Fill after sales service record in, which must be signed by customer；

全方位解决问题后、按实填妥《售后服务单》内容、请客户签字认可并作恰当的服务质量评估

• Report finial result to department manager after finish service job so that the manager can make further work plan more reasonably.

任务完成后回司前必须电告上级主管，以便更合理高效的安排下一步的工作和减少资金支出。

• Fill whole after sales service record in, then signed by department manager. All records must be submitted together with business trip expense.

返回公司后即凭填写完整的《售后服务单》向主管汇报并经签字认可。所有记录资料必须在旅费报销的同时上缴归档；

• Provide detail report in writing if serious quality problems occur, meanwhile report to department manager and CEO for help.

遇重大产品质量等问题必须提供详细的书面报告，及时向部门主管或公司CEO汇报并取得相应的帮助；

• Strictly obey company’s financial reimbursement regulation.

自觉遵守公司财务报销制度；

The position will report to:

Report to CEO if have big issues according to practical situation.

根据实际情况需要、遇重大事项须据实向CEO汇报并听取相关指示；

Positively report to department with all working content.

所有工作内容须主动向部门主管汇报。遇相关销售信息应及时向销售部反映；

Transfer related quality problem to quality department and technical department and sales department in writing.

遇相关产品质量问题以书面或邮件形式向质量部、技术部和销售部通报；

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Have more than five years experience in refrigerant, design for mechanical manufacture, design of electrical control industry.

具有5年以上的专业制冷、机械和电控维修的实际工作经历；

• Good communication skills and good team work.

具有较好的社交和沟通能力；

• Good team spirit as help each other.

具有吃苦耐劳和相互帮助的团队精神；

The product range includes semi-hermetic screw compressors with capacities from 30 to 390 Hp and reciprocating compressors, with capacities from 1 to 160 Hp, as well as reciprocating open compressors.
