Key Responsibilities:

Collecting data / information.

收集数据/信息；

Localization of products.

产品国产化；

Conducting market survey and analysis. Making market researches and competitor analysis.

进行市场调研与市场分析；

Be responsible for overall planning of the plant area, and be able to complete the structural design and R&D of compressors independently.

负责公司及厂区的总体规划并能独立完成压缩机的研发及结构设计；

Be responsible for daily work in department.

负责部门日常工作；

Supporting other departments to ensure the quality of the components and the finished goods.

支持其他部门, 确保配件和成品的质量；

Cooperating with other departments to analyze and settle customers’ complain.

协助其它部门, 分析并解决客户抱怨；

Supporting and cooperating with all team members in their daily activities and other related work, including any other pertinent tasks assigned by CEO from time to time.

支持并协助整个团队成员的日常工作及其他相关工作和任何由甲方CEO不时布置的其他相关事务。

This position reports to CEO directly.

该职位直接向首席执行官汇报.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor degree or above majored in compressor or refrigerant.

压缩机或制冷专业，本科以上学历；

Be fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Skilful in SOLIDEDGE.

流利的中英文读写能力，精通SOLIDEDGE;

Be able to compile project documents, strong capability for technology development, and have good team spirit.

能独立编写项目文件， 较强的技术开发能力及团队合作精神；

At least 5 years relevant experience in the R&D of compressor.

至少5年以上压缩机研发经验；

Available for frequent business trip, hardworking and good communication skills.

能经常出差，工作努力并具备良好的沟通技巧。

RefComp, refrigerant compressors' manufacturer since 1991, with the aim of satisfying at best the request of the market in the air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, provides the users with hi-tech solutions. The product range includes semi-hermetic screw compressors with capacities from 30 to 390 Hp and reciprocating compressors, with capacities from 1 to 160 Hp, as well as reciprocating open compressors.
