Key Responsibilities:

AP/ARvoucher maintenance, supporting documents collected and matching, ,checking ,posting and archive timely

应收应付账目维护、确保文件和帐目相符，并及时检查和录帐；

AP ageing report and payment request arrangement regularly

应付款报告并定期安排付款；

AP statement reconciliation with suppliers and confirmation

跟供应商确定并核对应付账款；

Forecast for collection from the customer and out payment to supplier

客户收款和供应商付款预测；

Sales return and purchase return, credit memo processing

销售退回和采购退回，执行退款；

Customer/supplier account information set up and maintenance

客户/供应商财务信息的建立和维护；

Intercompany billing and reconciliation report

内部记账和报表

Schedules of AP/AR,OR and OP and reconciliation

应收应付的计划和对账

Invoicing issuing and VAT output/input verification and related affairs

开发票并确认增值税及相关事宜；

Other relevant tasks assigned

其他由部门经理交待的工作

Required Skills and Experiences:

University Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline.

会计或相关专业，本科以上学历；

5+ years of practical experience in similar position of manufacturing Company.

制造业5年以上同岗位工作经验；

Allocation system in ERP.

有ERP系统经验；

Skilled in analysis and data processing using EXCEL.

熟练运用EXCEL分析数据；

Logical thinking,Detail-oriented, proactive and efficient work style.

思维敏捷，细心，工作效率高；

Available very soon is preferred.
