Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure conformity to product specifications, legislation and customer standards.

确保产品规格与法定程序和客户标准相符；

• Maintain continuous improvement in the quality assurance aspects of the product；

• Work closely with production teams and suppliers to drive towards continuous improvement.

与生产部门和供应商紧密合作,推动持续改进；

• Investigate and resolve product quality issues.

调查和解决产品质量问题；

• Prepare QA instruction sheet for inspection.

准备检验用的QA指导表；

• Provide feedback of detected defects to QA Engineer for action.

提供已发现次品的反馈给QA工程师以便采取行动；

• Ensure proper maintenance and updating of quality records.

确保正确维护和更新质量记录；

• Follow up and verify corrective actions and provide feedback to QA Engineer.

跟踪和核实纠正行动并向QA工程师提供反馈意见；

• Supporting and cooperating with all team members in their daily activities and other related pertinent work and any other related matters specified by Quality Manager from time to time.

支持并协助整个团队成员的日常工作及其他相关工作和任何由质量经理不时布置的其他相关事务。

The position will report to Quality Manager

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor degree in engineering/mechanical or related discipline.

机械或相关工程专业大学学历；

• 5+ years of quality control experience.

5年以上质量控制工作经验；

• Must-have ISO Verify experience and the internal auditor certificate.

必须具备ISO审核经验且持有内审员证；

• Be familiar with ISO9001, good ability of quality management system’s establishment, maintenance and improvement.

熟悉ISO9001，良好的质量管理体系的建立、维护、改进能力。

• Good command in English writing and speaking.

良好的英文书面和口语能力；

• Good technology background，working experience in casting, machining and assembly prefer.

良好的技术背景，最好有铸件，机加工和装配方面的工作经验。
