职位描述：
职位要求：
1. 能够独立负责整个项目的管理，包括：
  　a 与客户、供应商、合作伙伴进行沟通；全面清楚地理解客户的意图和要求，并能完整、准确地将其传达给供应商;
  　b. 项目开始前进行现场测量勘察，就设计和技术图纸制作给予建议;
  　c. 与供应商就报价、生产、安装等环节进行协调;
 　d. 监控生产和安装进度;
 　e. 质量控制.
2. 寻找新的供应商，建立并管理供应商和样品数据库；
3. 跟踪并了解材料的最新工艺和趋势；
4. 提供给设计师和CAD绘图员相应的技术支持，审核技术图纸；

要求：
1. 至少5年的项目管理经验，有高档化妆品项目管理经验优先；
2. 熟悉零售家具/道具制作、店铺装修中常用的材质、结构、工艺(最好能够了解各材料的成本)；
3. 了解制作商的生产流程、现场施工流程。
4. 品德良好，诚恳踏实，强烈的服务意识及团队合作精神。
5. 有条理，能独立跟踪、协调并完成项目；
6. 能够预知项目风险并能及时回馈；
7. 能够聆听顾客的评价，要求，并且提供建设性的解决方案.
8. 能够熟练使用AutoCAD，了解Photoshop , 3DMax and Illustrator.
9. 基本英语表达，能用英文阅读及写邮件。

Responsibilities ：
- 　 Manage the whole production project independently, including
　　a）Communicate with client, supplier and partner, fully and clearly understand client’s intentions and requirements and 　brief to supplier.
　　b）Visit site prior to any project, informing designer about restriction or issues.
　　c）Coordinate with suppliers for quotation, production and installation, etc.
　　d）Supervise the progress of production and installation.
　　e) In charge of the Quality Control.
- 　 Source new suppliers, manage database of suppliers and samples;
- 　Get inform of new trends for material and design;
- 　Give technical support to designer and CAD draftsman; Review technical drawings.

Requirements :
- 　At least 5 years of related working experience, luxury brands for cosmetic project management is preferred.
- 　Basic knowledge of common materials, structures and production processes in retail furniture and construction（Better to understand the cost ）;
- 　 Understand the producers of manufacturing process and site operation .
- 　 Strong communication skill, coordination ability , sense of responsibility and suitable for teamwork.
- 　 Candidate can work under pressure, and be able to handle and complete multi projects at the same time.
- 　Candidate should can perceive project risks and feedback in time
- 　Candidate should be good at listening to customer comments, the requirements of customers and provide constructive solutions.
- 　 Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, know about Photoshop , 3DMax and Illustrator.
- 　 Basic English ,can read and write emails.
