财务服务经理 Finance Service Manager 1 位
 
职位目标：
带领财务服务团队，为财务服务的签约客户提供满意的日常记账，财务报表，客户境外集团报告，税务服务等目标任务。
 
岗位职责：
- 带领，激励财务服务团队完成客户服务任务
- 完成，指导完成客户企业的各种财务报告，对客户境外总部的报告
- 完成，指导完成客户企业的各种税务申报
- 负责和客户总部的财务全球控制人员或财务总监联系，解答其中国分支机构的问题
- 与客户所在地的税务，财政部门沟通，完成政府有关机构安排的检查和报告
- 与有关的审计部门沟通，配合完成有关的任务和要求
- 配合设计新客户的服务模式和内容
 
主要要求：
- 财务或会计专业，大学本科或以上学历
- 中级或以上资格证书, CPA, ACCA优先
- 8年以上专业岗位工作经验，3年以上管理岗位工作经历
- 有财务服务公司工作经验者优先，
- 熟悉外商投资集团公司运作理念和管理模式
出色的沟通、项目管理和分析能力
- 出色的商务英语口语和书面表达

Finance Service Manager Position: 1
Job target
Leading accounting team to provide satisfying service to retained clients on daily bookkeeping, financial statements, global report and tax service, etc.
Job responsibilities
· Lead and motivate accounting team to provide outsourcing accounting service.
· Monthly closing of accounts, cash flow management, financial analysis, statutory and management reporting
· Ensure that the monthly management reporting is carried out efficiently and with the stipulated timeframe
· Well versed of PRC tax laws and listing rule
· Liaison with clients’ Global controlling team and CFO to monitor and analysis the running condition of the subsidiary in China
· Keep sound relationship with local government and 3rd party to handle compliance matters.
· Create, evaluate and maintain an effective accounting model of new client
 
 
Job requirements
· Bachelor degree of Accounting/Finance
· Intermediate Accounting or above
· Member of recognized professional accounting body such as ACCA/ CPA is preferred
· At least 8 years solid experience in Accounting and Finance, with at least 3 years of management experience
· Financial Consultancy Firm background is preferred
· Good understanding of MNCs idea of operation and management
· Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are required
· Good command of spoken and written English
