Project Management Academy (PM Academy) Manager
Job Description - Position
The PM Academy has the responsibility to Design / Implement / Deliver all the activities which necessary for PM Family building and Project Management Environment Maintaining. This position will report to the Project Manager Office (PMO) China manager. Deputy PM Academy Manager has to work and assist closely with Project Management department of all Business units and HR department.
The PM family includes every Project Management Teams of the following Business Lines: BWA, PWT, Robotic, MFG.
Skills
? Deliver High Quality Training when interacting with trainees
? Good Understanding of Project Management & PMP
? Develop Training material by learning from Project Management Best Practice.
? Analysis training needs and develop Training plan for different Roles & Responsibility
? Ability to prepare and perform internal training by himself
? Ability to Organize and perform team Building & Internal Events
Responsibilities
1).Develop training plan & Material
Based on the Business Project performance and feedback of Management Team, develop Specific training material to cover the gap between Expectation and performance to relevant employee. Develop Training material according to analysis of PM performance
Cooperating with HR, collect and made yearly Project Management Related training plan.
2).Deliver internal & External training
Based on training plan, perform the related training both internal and external, cooperating with HR & BU. Analysis the Training feedback and give the right corrective plan.
3).PM Team Capability improvement
Based on the PMI theory and Company requirement m cooperating with HR, make PM Team Capability improvement plan and performance improvement plan.

4).Organize & perform PMT Team Building event
Plan and implement the yearly TB plan for PMT. Able to make the planning according to different BU needs.
Requirements
？ More than 5 years experiences on training planning & execution
？ Familiar with Project Management Method and execution
？ More than 3 years of project Management experiences in manufacturing background
？ PMP certification required
？ Ability of planning / execution / coordinating / self-driven learning
？ Strong Ability in leading the team and make things happen. 举报 分享
