Archibat is looking for CAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER to work on RETAIL INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECTS in a US based well-known retail company. This company has a good reputation in the market internationally and locally.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Creates and maintains graphic cell libraries, architectural detail libraries and database
information for computer-aided design (CAD) production of store drawing sets. Creates
prototypical drawing sets. Updates all CAD tools with change management initiatives.
Coordinates the delivery of these standards to the Design Studio.
- Researches development options, evaluates business needs and develops business cases
as CAD systems and tools consultant to cross-functional groups for new initiative
implementation. Maintains working knowledge of multiple releases of CAD systems and other
relevant applications and operating systems. Manages special projects as assigned. Subject
matter expert to Architecture & Engineering and Design Development departments for
casework detailing and review.
- Serves as CAD standards mentor; provides user support and facilitates training to design
staff. Publishes change bulletins and updates regarding CAD tools and deliverables (graphic
cells, details, prototypes, database, etc.)


- Drafting and using AutoCAD or Revit computer-aided design (CAD) software: minimum 5 years
- Construction jobsite or manufacturing experience: 3 years
- Retail or restaurant design: 2 years
- Three-dimensional modeling and isometric detailing: 5 years
- Production of design and construction documents and detailing: 5 years
- High level of knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is advantageous
