Description
- Work with leading edge technology for Ericsson's TV solution (Mobile TV, WebTV, Cable TV and IPTV)
- Define and manage technical requirement on the system according to customer and business needs
- Design and maintain high-level system architecture.
- System Study on the introduction of new feature/function, provide high level solution as well as cost estimation.
- Analyse third party products.
- Support product managers to clarify the solution and contribute to the standardization activities (e.g. 3GPP, 3GPP2).
- Act as contact person to co-operate with colleagues in Europe and North America to ensure a large-scale e2e TV solution with good quality

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications and Skills
- University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering with more than Four years experience in related field is required.
- Solid working experience on C++ and/or Java and Object Oriented UML design.
- Background in IP domain development is an advantage.
- Good knowledge on Database usage, e.g. experience on Oracle 10g for UNIX platform is an advantage.
- Good knowledge on how to design an e2e system with high capacity, availability and scalability (e.g. HA solution, Load Balancing solution, etc.).

- Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Clear system/architecture view on multimedia streaming system.
- Good basic knowledge on Telecom network (WCDMA, LTE) is great advantage.
- Experiences in one of the below projects/products is great advantage : MBMS, IPTV, CMMB, Cable TV, CDN
