As a Key strategic product in Ericsson’s Core Network Portfolio, Ericsson Mobile Soft-Switch supports 50% of all GSM&WCDMA subscribers on soft-switched networks globally. With the state-of-the-art next generation MSS - MSC Server Blade Cluster, Ericsson is taking the no-doubt leading position in Mobile Core Network market.

We are looking for an open minded, agile, and well-experienced Senior Software Engineer of cutting-edge Mobile Core Network.

Responsibilities

- Develop the products to meet the customer's requirements : from requirement analysis, system design to implementation

Work in Agile software development process to develop and deliver new features in an efficient way.

- Co-operate with teams from multiple sites to ensure good quality of the whole product.

- Design documentation during system design and implementation.

Or

- Define test strategy, perform function test, target testing, with auto testing experience

- Perform trouble-shooting for whole product upon customer request.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master degree in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent.

- At least 5 years of R&D work experience with telecommunication core network (GSM/WCDMA/CDMA) and be able to deliver on-time, state-of-the-art business solutions with quality.

- Good knowledge with software engineering technologies and tools.

- Proven technical leadership requiring creativity, initiative and sound technical judgment.

- Profound understandings and experience in Agile / Scrum software development.

- Solid business understanding in telecommunication industry with customer-oriented / customer-first mind-set.

- Innovative and solution thinking abilities, Open minded and willing to accept challenges.

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills and be able to express technical concepts in clear, concise terms.

- Ability to work well with other teams and groups, across different disciplines and geographic regions
