Description

- To support and carry out services marketing activities and customer engagement programs

- To innovate and customize services solutions meeting customer requirements

- To prepare and present Ericsson services solutions

- To negotiate with customers for relevant technical and commercial terms when signing the contracts

- To collect, process and report marketing information to upper level managers

Qualifications

- BSc in Telecom or equivalent

- At least 3 years technical experiences in GSM/WCDMA product/services marketing or services delivery

- Experiences in services marketing or sales are preferred

- Good skills in communication, presentation and proposal writing

- Good understanding of Ericsson solutions, organisation and culture

- Good understanding of Chinese telecommunications market, culture and protocol

- Pro-activeness, flexibility, persistence and perseverance

- Fluent in Mandarin and English
