Responsibilities
? Closely work with agencies on briefing campaign, tracking and improving performance on a ROI driven basis
? Define launch plan, promotional plans together with merchandising team and execute well with media agency vendors
? Supervise website visits, traffic conversion, sales, etc and improve performance towards target KPI which is the ultimate judge
? Ongoing health tracking of the website: brand image and online reputation tracking
? Clearly deliver the strategy of media buy, SEM to team and make sure all well executed
? Other administrative jobs

Requirements
? University degree or above
? 3+ years experience at luxury brands as ads manager or media planning at media agencies
? Proficient in both English and mandarin
? Good luxury/fashion sense
? Great analytical skills
? Proficient in MS office applications
? Able to drive things happen and able to work independently
? Proactive, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Great team work spirit
? Great communication skills
