工作内容：
1.网上客户的接待和维护，促成网上交易。
2.电话或旺旺在线联系客户，促成订单。
3.后台备注客户要求。

应聘要求：
1.大专及以上学历。
2..男女不限，热爱电子商务，性格开朗、有耐心责任心，有团队合作精神。善于沟通解决问题，对待工作认真、严谨，积极好学，有上进心，工作积极主动，能长期工作。
3.会简单使用Photoshop等图片处理软件，熟悉word和excel等办公软件，打字速度快。
4.熟悉淘宝后台，旺旺聊天。有客服经验者优先考虑。
5.能适应上晚班者优先。

工作地点：上海市宝山区蕴川路1800-2号
工作时间：早班：9:00-18:00 晚班：12:00-21:00
