1. 负责B2C网站项目的策划和设计；

2. 负责网站美工设计和网站改版、设计、优化；

3. 负责市场环境的调研，对用户的使用习惯等功能需求提出分析报告；

4. 精通photoshop、dreamweaver等；

5. 熟练使用html、div+css、table

6. 有较强的平面设计感觉及良好的美术基础、审美能力和创意，色彩感强；

7. 有过大型网站建设经历，能够独立完成前台制作；

8. 大专以上学历，计算机或相关专业或者美术类专业；

9. 热爱本职工作，具有强烈的责任心、敬业精神和团队协作能力。
