Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and develop management reporting system.
? Lead the financial planning process (budgeting, forecasting, 5 years plan) ensuring the process delivers the desired financial planning objectives.
? Enroll the function representatives accountable for input into the finance planning process, ensure all aspects of the process are understood and provide support throughout the process.
? Develop and fine-tune the business procedures with the business growth.
? Identify issues within the process and the financial plan to discuss within functions and Executive team
? Ad-hoc project & analysis assigned by finance controller

Key Requirements:

? Bachelor degree
? Retail or e-commerce back ground is preferred
? Above seven years of working experience , with three years management experience
? Strong FP&A experience especially in retail or luxury industry
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong personality
? Good business acumen
