OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Product Support Technician is a position to support developing and updating drawing to make design more robust for production, supporting production line issue solution and supporting new product launch and so on.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Participate in product development, maintain engineering documents, support new project launch, including: maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) which used for production; maintain new product drawings & specifications; support VA/VE activities, for example: QAD system maintain, VA/VE test data collection, coordination activities with cross function team members; support engineer in new project launch, for example: trouble shooting, handle with CC(Critical Characteristic & SC (Significant Characteristic) list, line walking findings;
? Assist product engineer in CR & TCR management (BD & CD projects), including: download & archive related CR document in place, summarize CR & TCR list in format, continuously tracking CR status and updating CR status in time.
? Assist product engineer in new product development & improvement, including: work out markup drawing, build prototype samples and conduct test which is specified by engineer or manager.
? Assist engineer to collect test data and prepare report in a presentable format.
? Prepare engineering samples or prototype to support new product development and improvement.
? Training new on board technicians and operators for basic product knowledge.
? Technically provide support to other function teams in product issue.
? Finish other mission assigned by manager as needed.
? Support PSE other function team’s work as needed. 举报 分享
