Job Responsibilities:

1. During construction phase:

a. Control and monitor on actual Capital Expenditure and Project team cost based on Budget and make variance analysis accordingly;

b. Prepare capital expenditure proposal;

c. Coordinate with project team on project financials and ensure correct and timely finance booking;

2. Factorying accountant, the main responsibilities including:

a. G/L, Receivables and Payables;

b. Fixed assets management;

c. Inventory and costing;

d. Month end closing, make sure the accuracy and completeness of the book;

e. To support site manager in Cost analysis and expenses management;

f. Coordinate with tax bureau, SAFE, and banks to work smoothly;

g. Coordinate with Industrial and Commercial bureau to execute annual check;

h. Coordinate with KPMG and tax bureau to execute audit and submit required materials with quantity and time.

Education & Experience Requirements:

1.university graduate majored in Accounting/Finance;

2.5+ years working experience in the field of accounting, including at least 2+yrs of G/L or a senior accounting role with a multinational company;

3.has experienced full set of accounts;

4.can travel to Nanjing according to the needs.
