职位描述：
1. Set up and undertake FEA simulations for HVAC and PTC systems to achieves optimum solution to performance cost quality timing ease of assembly / manufacture-service ability
2. Provide recommendations to optimize and solve structural and durable problem.
3. Validate the FEA results and writes the FEA report.
4. Summarize and Release lesson learned experience on a regular basis.
5. Follow the testing and correlate FEA results.
6. Compile new and innovative design concepts
7. Participate in HVAC design project teams
8. Assist in the analysis and resolution of HVAC design problems
9. Participate in VA/VE activities
10. Assist in project feasibility studies

Selection Criteria:
1. Master’s degree in Machinery Engineering, Material or equivalent
2. More than 2 years’ related experience in automotive industry
3. Demonstrated competence in the use of computer applications, including spread sheets word processing project management data bases.
4. Proficient in using meshing tools like Ansa, hypermesh etc. And proficient in extracting middle surface with mesh tools.
5. Proficient in Nastran or Abaqus and its application to HVAC and PTC FEA analysis.
6. Proficient in modal analysis, vibration durability analysis, strength analysis 、pressure cycle analysis and so on.
7. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in written form, with people at all levels within the organization and customers, including effective facilitation and participation in meetings.
8. Demonstrated ability to participate and contribute within a team environment.
9. Successful completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering.
10. Demonstrated achievement in application of CAE.
11. Willing to travel at a short notice
12. Demonstrated ability to organize and priorities activities and achieve targets within tight time constraints 举报 分享
