职位描述：
工作职责

财务经理需要根据企业战略目标，和高级财务总监以及业务部门共同规划财务策略，支持公司的发展。财务经理也将与亚洲区财务团队紧密协作，实施财务管理流程，完成财务报表，计划和合规。
1. 负责管理SUN系统
- 确保会计交易的正确记录和财务账目。
- 按公司标准执行期末G / L 结算
- 负责地方报表/政府报表，并担任上海外部审计师的主要对接人
- 确保所有所得税申报表和其他监管报表都及时有效，正确无误，并在合法的范围内尽量减少公司的所得税和其他税收风险
2. 准备预算，管理报告和分析，支持业务决策
- 准备管理报告，预算和预测
- 执行预算控制，发现节省成本的机会，以支持实现预算目标
- 负责财务控制以及财务数据的分析和报告，包括每月结果，预测，预算和资本支出。
3. 管理上海营运资金
- 有效管理流动资金， 监督收入确认，发票，应收款收款和呆账
- 管理信用审批流程
4. 实施和维护内部控制系统
- 发展和维护一个有效的内部控制系统，以确保企业资产，满足外部和内部审计要求，包括SOX合规性

任职要求？
-本科以上学历，会计相关专业
-具备专业会计师从业资格
- 具备5年以上全面的财务与会计经验(含3年跨国企业任职经验); 在外资会计师事务所获得的专业培训和审计经验者优先
- 精通US GAAP
-具备出色的中英文沟通能力
-积极主动的工作态度，良好的团队写作能力
-有四大会计师事务所任职经验者优先

Responsbility
1. Manage all accounting processes in SUN system
-Ensure proper recording of accounting transactions to produce accurate financial accounts.
- Execution of period-end G/L closing per company standard.
- Preparation of statutory account and act as primary interface with external auditors on matters relating to the audit in Shanghai.
- Ensure all income tax returns and other regulatory returns are properly and promptly prepared and that the company’s income tax and other tax exposure are minimized to the extent legally possible.
2.Prepare budgets, management reports and analysis to support business decisions
- Preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Exercise budgetary control and explore cost savings opportunities to support the achievement of budget targets.
- Report to the RCFG as per agreed templates and timelines on operational performance, variance analysis, forecasting, cash positions, cash flow forecasts, accounts receivable status, business plans, budgets and other reporting requirements.？
3. Manage working capital in Shanghai
-Efficiently manage working capital. Oversee revenue recognition, invoicing, receivables collection and doubtful debts.
4. Implement and maintain an adequate system of internal controls
- Develop and maintain an appropriate system of internal controls to protect corporate assets and satisfy external and internal audit requirements, including SOX compliance.

Skill and Experience
-Holder of bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline
-Possess professional accounting qualification
-5 years of well-rounded finance and accounting experience, 3 years of which in managerial capacity with international companies. Professional training and audit experience gained in international CPA firms is definitely a plus.
-A solid understanding of US GAAP is desirable
-Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
-Proactive as well as a team-player
-Experience in big 4 audit firm would be a plus
