- You are a master juggler, a choreographer and a strategist. You know how to ask the right questions and an innate ability to orchestrate great work. The terms UI/UX and CX is at the forefront of everything you produce.

- Our Creative team is made up of designers, producers, planners and strategists who work on BTL campaigns covering show and launches, consumer activation, roadshows, pop-up stores; and showrooms, exhibitions and auto shows.
What you’ll do:
- The CD is response for shaping the creative direction of strategy and concept work that Uniplan produces. You must be capable of acting as a point person in all strategy and concept where the creative work is involved. This means collaborating with the visual designers, space designers, copywriters, show producers, production team and key accounts to ensure the highest standards for creative excellence and vision.
- Concept and collaborate with team leads, including copywriters, strategists, designers, art directors, show producer, key account and production.
- There will be times when you will be leading a project and other times, in a supporting role. As an integral player in the company, you will need to continuously help establish and communicate the strategic vision and creative direction of a project.
- Nurture junior talent, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Have a knack for managing risk, projects challenges and how to manage project/team adversity.
- Work with the key account managers and planers to ensure creative concepts and tactics are on brand and strategically sound.
- Present and meet with clients of all levels.
- Provide expert advice on industry best practices internally as well as to clients.
- Source and manage outside vendors.
- Research, retain and spread topics on trends to keep the office connected to marketing trends and latest experiential developments.
Abilities and Experience:
- Here’s what we think it will take to do this job, but we love being proven wrong:
- As the lead for Architect, you are expected to have a background in the space design of events and trade shows, and will be stretched to work in integrated brand activities, environmental interactive and thinking out of the box to create experience enabled by digital platforms. You should have a highly creative mix of artistry, science, engineering and determination to fix problems and find solutions in a very fast changing landscape.
- Excellent skills in creating big and visionary ideas, put these ideas into space design and present these ideas in a passionate and convincing way.
- Strong capability of drafting lively, imaginative but substantive presentations in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills are a must. Mediation skills necessary to maintain good team chemistry and relations and sort out interpersonal conflicts as they arise.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing projects in design management with an agency or studio.
- Working experience in China and in the Automotive industry would be an advantage.
- Innovative and inspiring creative solution for interactive channels.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong desire to do brand-building, product-selling and award-winning work.
