Reporting to: Game Producer

We’re looking for highly talented and dedicated game designer who thrive in fast paced, ever changing development and live service environments. As a designer, you’ll be an integral member of the team shaping our games to satisfy our hard core and casual gamers with a mind towards driving commercial success on a free-to-play business model.

Key responsibilities
? Developing and maintaining design documentation, including but not limited to mechanics, guidelines, UI flows, game loops and progression
? Planning and implementing economy and gameplay tuning, including collecting and integrating feedback from user experience testing
? Leading a small design team
? Working with the Producer and Product Manager to define and drive the design with regards to every facet of the game: mechanics, story, missions, and more
? Designing, prototyping and completing levels and/or tracks with direction from the Producer, and input from other key members in core team (i.e. Lead Engineer, Art Lead, Development Director, etc.)
? Establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with inside and outside creative resources

Skills and experience
? Seven or more years of professional game design experience
? Four or more years in senior or lead game design role
? Experience with scheduling and prioritising design tasks
? Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
? Experience with scripting languages would be advantageous
? Experience with designing successful free-to-play mobile games highly desirable.
