目前需要4年以上JAVA经验的工程师
1.初级java开发顾问
主要职责：承担简单系统或子系统业务的职责，负责技术指导，且能组织项目团队完成综合或复杂的工作；承担本产品的设计、开发和架构守护。对项目工作成果负责。
2.中级java开发顾问
主要职责：负责本业务外包领域产品的设计、开发和架构守护工作，交付业务上网运行质量优良。对本业务领域的工作成果和能力建设负责。带领团队完成本业务外包领域产品的设计、开发和架构守护工作，交付业务上网运行质量优良；带领的外包团队能力梯队化，开发效率提升。
3.高级java开发顾问
主要职责：长期带领团队完成本业务外包领域产品的设计、开发和架构守护工作，交付业务上网运行质量优良；带领的外包团队能力梯队化，开发效率持续显著提升。
