B. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Butler is responsible for ‘VIP Butler Service’ in the F& B. Together with the Housekeeping, Room Service and Front Office departments you will provide through personal care, attention and anticipation of guest needs the best butler service possible satisfying fully your guests’ requirements.
The Butler’s are responsible for ‘Butler service’ for Top VIP and the Bridge guests. However, Regular Butler service is available to all the Bridge guests.
C. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A. Very good verbal English skills and good writing skills with a further language an asset.
B. Fluent command of Mandarin Chinese in reading, writing and speaking.
C. Must be service orientated to maintain company standards of hospitality at all times.
D. A very high standard of presentation and grooming is required.
E. An outgoing personality with a discreet nature is preferred.
