Job Accountabilities
? Focus on Project Management, Product Development & Technical Evaluation for ODM & OEM Phone Case & Tech Accessories Project.
? Liaise with “US Customer, Merchandising Team & Tech Factory review Customer “Inspiration “ , “Hand Off Design” & “Tech Pack” on the Phone Case, Toys & Tech Acc Project , in advance to provide “Technical Feasibility Study” & “Analysis” - Able to suggest options to overseas Customers when necessary.
? Works with Tech Factories to ensure all product performance testing, quality requirement to meet US Customers development standard.
? Schedule Control for the whole development projects, in advance to alert customer any potential issues.
? Hold Pre Production Meeting with QC at Tech Factories to go through Pre Production Sample & ensure all parties are clear with no problem or concern to execute production.
? Visit Factory to ensure/monitor execution of development & production.
? Monitor the effectiveness of factories corrective, preventive and improve action on factory production.
? To review pre-production samples and provide reports.
? To support Quality Assurance related operation.
? To support merchandising team on sourcing.
Job Requirements
? Min 5 years’ Experience for Project Management, Product Development & Quality Evaluation Experience for Phone Case, Toys & Tech Accessories Project.
? Required solid mechanical and toys background on plastic injection, hardware & different surface finishing process and related control knowledge on ODM & OEM Phone Case Development & Tech Accessories Project.
? Good Commend in English, able to communicate with overseas customer, Merchandising Team & Vendors in daily email communication & conference call.
