JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Responds to requests via incoming telephone calls and emails daily.
2.Creates special items in AX2012. Processes special item quotes and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3.Processes loan requests from customers in a timely and professional manner.
4.Creates return orders for RMAs includes maintaining relevant photos or emails to return orders. Documents RMAs by adding RMA Notes to the Sales Order. Posts pick lists and packing slips.
5.Provides customers with RMA numbers and instructions for returning products.
6.Sets up Intercompany orders for returns or repairs going to other Thorlabs entities.
7.Creates Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the AX Quality Module.
8.Coordinates repairs and tested replacements with tech, production and purchasing team. Monitors back orders and repair orders.
9.Communicates with tech, sales, finance, inventory control, shipping, production, purchasing and entities to resolve issues and prevent re-occurrences.
10.Other duties as assigned.

2.根据客户的需求，在AX2012系统中创建定制品，同时及时准确地为客户处理定制品报价及问询
3.及时准确地处理来自客户的产品借用请求
4.根据客户的相关照片及邮件要求，为客户创建退换货订单，在销售订单中添加退换货订单信息。
打印领料单和箱单
5.为客户提供退换货单号及产品返修流程介绍
6.创建与国外分公司间的退换货销售及采购订单
7.在AX系统质量模块中创建不合格品报告
8.与技术、生产、采购团队协调关于维修品、测试替代品的问题，同时持续跟踪订单
9.与技术、销售、财务、库存控制、运输、生产、采购、分公司进行沟通，有效的解决问题
10.领导布置的其他任务

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience;
2.Proficiency in both oral and written English;
3.Customer centering mentality;
4.Team player.
5.Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred.

1.本科学历或具有相关工作经验；
2.中英文流利，并具备良好的中英文书面和口头交流能力；
3.以友好，协商的态度解决客户需求；
4.做事认真负责，具有团队合作精神；
5.具有1年以上相关工作经验者优先；
