· Personnel responsibilities

· 1. Optimal arrangement of working time, fulfill the tasks according to Edscha

· process;

· 2. Responsible for the presence and inform Sales Director your vacation plan

· in advance;

· 3. To ensure discipline, order and cleanness in working area;

· 4. Responsible for EAT Staff Manual and other relative regulation;

· 5. Responsible for 5S in Sales Department.

· Functional responsibilities

·

· 1. Collecting and analyzing relevant market information incl. but not limited to following: OEM production data and activities, competitor information, economic data for China and Asia, major government activities that may affect our business. Monthly reporting of relevant data in form of newsletter;

· 2. Responsible for publishing of Edscha Asia News Letter on quarterly base with support of HR department. Topics to include any organizational changes, win business, new products, employee stories, Edscha entities and employees anniversaries etc;

· 3. Responsible for preparation and support of marketing events such as: Roadshows , Tech-day, Exhibitions and similar;

· 4. Preparation of marketing material design and updates for brochures, cards, company gifts and similar;

· 5. Supporting sales department with SAP System data maintenance and update;

· 6. Documents translation as required ;

· 7. Communication and alignment with Marketing lead in Edscha HQ;

· 8. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

· Reporting to Director Sales Edscha China.

· Required Qualification

· 1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

· 2. Good skills software, especially familiar with EXCEL and Power Point;

· 3. Strong communication and team spirit;

· 4. Mandatory languages are native Chinese as very good verbal and writing skills of English language. German or Spanish languages are additional benefit;

· 5. 3 years or above experience of Marketing or relevant in automotive business;

· 6. This position may require travel inside and outside China as well as abroad training;

· 7. The applicant shall be flexible to perform the travel as per business requirements.
