1、 18-30岁，专业美容师资格，手法娴熟，熟悉美容院常用产品及美容仪器操作；

2、 人品端正、皮肤好、形象气质佳，举止端庄大方，良好的客户沟通能力，有两年美容师或者美容导师从业经历；
3、性格活泼开朗，善于沟通交流，语言和销售能力强，能独立策划活动；
4、能够指导与培训经销商美容技能。
