JOB PURPOSE

• Develop concepts, recipes and menus with involvement in new product development process.
• Play a proactive culinary supporting role for western QSR(西式快餐) or western casual dining (西式休闲餐厅) customers and GL sales team and R&D team.
• Organize & arrange together with account manager and R&D for product demonstration to better fulfill customer requirement.

This job opportunity also have the chance to transfer to permanent if he/she shows good performance during the probation period

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Culinary support for sales team for new customers and new opportunities identification
• New concepts, recipes and menus product development with company products to provide a customized NPD solution
• Customer visit for key customers.
• Support R&D team for formula establishment and prototype development.
• Product-training program for sales force on a regular base, which may include product knowledge training, product benefit training as well as product application training.
• Cuisine trend tracking and providing professional advice and suggestions to internal team as well as key customers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• At least 4 years western culinary experience (western restaurants or restaurants in 4-5 star hotels)
• Food company background is preferred
• Familiar with operational knowledge of Western kitchen, and cooking contest winner is preferred
• With good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and computer skills are preferred
• Proactive and enthusiastic, self-motivated and welling to learn and innovate
