· 岗位职责：

· 负责该产品组的技术报价方案。

· Be responsible for technical proposal on relative production.

· 负责产品的运动机构分析、公差尺寸分析并给出用于报价的产品总成图、零件图、外购件图、材料图纸等。

· Be responsible for 3D module, tolerance analysis， and provide drawings which was used for quotation, including assembly drawings, part drawings, outsourced part drawings and material drawings of products.

·

· 负责编制产品责任书，产品技术清单等技术文件

· Be responsible for providing product requirement specifications, drawing list of products etc.

·

· 负责相关产品项目文件夹的整理、汇编，并将设计、过程经验形成文件，收集汇编专有技术并存档至Know-How文件夹。

· Be responsible for coordinating and collection of project folders, and make the design and process experience into documentation, collect and store special technical Know-How.

·

· 负责与供应商或客户技术会谈，并事前做好必要的准备及会后做好报告。

· Be responsible for technical discussions with suppliers and customers include previous preparations and documentation after discussion.

·

· 负责完成相关新项目及技术更改报价的技术准备工作，包括：分析SOR及准备报价零件图。

· Be responsible for technical preparation for the quotation of new projects and product changes, include analysis of SOR and preparation of part drawings for quotation.

·

· 在项目管理工作中，确保根据项目进度计划按时完成工作。

· Assure to complete his/her task on time according the agreed project time schedule.

·

· 对涉及产品设计、过程开发技术保密。

· Keep the technology secret, which refers to product design and process development.

·

· 严格执行公司各项规章制度和纪律，保持良好的工作秩序。

· Adhere to all regulations of the company; keep well work discipline and order.

·

· 维护办公设施的完好，保持本部门工作环境的整洁。

· Care of the office equipments and keep the working environment clean within the R&D center.

· 任职要求：

· Engineering, technical college graduate (Bachelor), graduated in 2015.

· 2015 年毕业的工程、技术大学学历（工学学士）

·

· Must be familiar with non-cutting and metal cutting techniques

· 必须熟悉金属切削和无切削加工

·

· Preferred to have familiar with forging, stamping, welding, and heat treatment

· 熟悉锻造、冲压、焊接、热处理, 优先

·

· Familiar with common manufacturing techniques, rules of technical drawing and standardization

· 熟悉常用的制造技术、技术绘图的规则、标准化

·

· Must be familiar with CATIA V5

· 必须熟悉CATIA V5

· Must be good at team work spirit

· 必须具有团队合作精神

· Native language is Chinese, good English talking and writing, CET-6 preference

· 母语是汉语，良好的英语口语及书面，英语六级优先

· Must be willing to travel (domestic) and face to intense work schedules
