We provide expert opinion,concept planning,design and tender management,project management,project due diligence and monitoring for the construction industry and project owners.

Job Description
· Represent the international Employer together with the Project Director (Expat) on site when dealing with the Contractors and other related third parties;
· Defines the communication policy with the supervisory authority's personnel and the Project Team PMC on site;
· Coordinates and supervise the project;
· Manage the communication policy, the document and design management;
· Responsible for the correct design processing. Supervision of the Design Built Coordination process;
· Check and confirm proposals for technical solutions from the Construction Managers in case any obstacles arise during the construction period;
· Ensures that the design and the execution is compatible with the contract and all contract documents (contract management);
· Approves the methods of the construction works;
· Is informed on a daily basis by the Site Engineers and the Site Manager about the course of the project; Coordinates and leads the PMC Team on site.
· Makes decisions (together with the Project Director and the Client) on the procurement of equipment and material;
· Implements and supervise that the construction of the works is compatible with all the Health and Safety Regulations and all activities are carried out safely;
· Implements and supervise the QA-Management System
· Supervise the budgets for operation of the individual sectors/units prepared by the Site Engineers;andRuns the budget for the whole project, together with the Project Director
