职位描述：
Basic responsibilities for site engineer is to manage site construction
现场工程师的基本职责是管理现场施工活动：
1. Manage CSA construction schedule, and control it to make sure construction meet with schedule requirement in duty area;
负责所辖区域土建专业施工进度管理，对所辖区域土建专业的施工进行进度控制，保证工程进度达到要求；
2. Manage CSA construction quality in duty area - make quality acceptance for contractor’s CSA construction to meet with the requirements of drawing, regulation and user;
负责所辖区域土建专业施工质量管理，对承包商的土建施工作业进行质量验收，以达到图纸、规范及业主方的要求；
3. Solve the technical problem in duty area- analyze and report the technical problem during the construction and provide the reasonable proposal;
负责所辖区域土建专业技术问题的处理，对施工中所遇到的专业技术问题进行分析汇报，提出合理化建议；
4. Check the quantity due to changes in duty area- check the quantity for CSA change request, and coordinate with cost department to complete quantity calculation;
负责所辖区域土建专业变更工程量核算，对施工中土建施工作业的变更工程量进行审核，并协同费控部门完成变更工程量的核算工作；
5. Coordination with contractor for CSA in duty area - make efficient communication and coordination in order to construct going smoothly.
负责所辖区域内承包商土建专业协调，对施工中遇到的问题进行有效沟通协调，以达到顺利施工的目的；
6. Coordination with other trades engineers in order to construct going smoothly in duty area.
与区域内其他专业项目工程师协调沟通，为保证顺利施工，保证施工进度，与区域内其他专业工程师进行的施工问题沟通协调工作;
7. Other word arranged by construction manager and area manager.
