China PM Academy aims at enhancing teamwork, leadership, process utilization, and knowledge sharing through customized programs with the goal of meeting the specific needs of individuals, teams, and communities of learners, concerning project management.

The China PM Academy is the local source of project management training for project managers, project team members, non-project oriented staff members, top and middle management both for the Company and for external Customers.

It performs these activities following the guidelines of the Company Corporate PM Academy.

The courses make use of the best practices coming from the Company and the wider international project management community, in order to ensure that the best training available is provided to the practitioners, with a clear reference to internationally recognized standards and a strong liaison with the day-to-day business.

The activities of the China PM Academy are compliant with the standards fostered by PMI (Project Management Institute).

This position is China PM Academy manager, will report to China contract and project management manager and Corporate PM Academy manager in a matrix organization.

Typical responsibilities are the following:

l Designing project management training activities

l Developing materials to support course delivery (slides, workbooks, case studies)

l Delivering project management training activities (courses, workshops, coaching, tools, etc.)

l Planning, in cooperation with the HR department, the internal PM training activities

l Supporting practitioners in the preparation to get the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)

l Managing the relationships with external customers concerning sale, administrative management and delivery of PM training activity services (offers, orders, invoices, feedbacks)

l Supporting other roles under contract and project management (like risk management, etc.)

Requirements are the following:

l Bachelor degree or above

l 5 years project management experience, and training experience is a plus

l PMP(Project management professional, certified by PMI) is a must

l Good at English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking

l Using MS office proficiently

l Other soft skills, like strong communication and team working in multi-national culture, etc.
