工作职责
Accountability
The Creative Lab Coordinator is accountable to:
? Apply understanding of H&M trends, customer, concept to identify the right suppliers’ capabilities and skills
? From direction from senior and technical designers, coordinate and develop new components
? Support TD in the development and communication of missions
? Drive the developments to ensure best options, qualities, prices, and lead time
Main Responsibilities

 TRENDS & FASHION
? Apply understanding of H&M trends, customer, concept to identify the right suppliers’ capabilities and skills
? Based on the above, interpret trends into new materials & products with suitable suppliers
? Keep every stage in the development process as efficient as possible
? Follow market trends
? Maintains, updates & analyzes technical design division showroom & buyer selections

DEVELOP MATERIAL & SUPPORT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
? Drive the developments to ensure best options, qualities, prices, and lead time
? Work with supplier to secure to material quality based on H&M requirement.
? Secure material copyright
? Interpret concept to material. Work with suppliers/mills to develop their capabilities on new qualities and / or improve performance on complex qualities
? Make all relevant Pre Risk accessment on all Creative LAB developments.

COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION
? Work closely with the Material team to ensure knowledge of current and approved suppliers and capabilities
? Work closely with Creative Floor team for new trends and seasons material info
? Support Production team on trends, new developments, technical support
? Collaborate on common goals as relevant with Material team/ Buyer, Product Developer, Merchandising team, Sustainability, Quality teams

COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS
? Regular communication to identify supplier strengths, give and receive feedback to improve performance


任职资格
Education and Experience requirements
? Graduation in Textile or specific material specialization and supplementary course in fashion is preferred
? Preferably experience working in material / textile development specific to role
? Preferably good knowledge and technical understanding of component area
? Travel is required
Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Knowledge and experience for at least 4 to 5 years in a material/ textile development preferred
? Detail oriented with strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
? Ability to drive their own workload, able to work independently & as part of a team
? Excellent taste level and an eye for quality
? Competent in Photoshop/Excel/Powerpoint
? Good English speaking level is required.
