Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for Program Purchasing. Accountable for managing the new model program development, engineering changes, and safe launches including suppliers' PPAP timing.

-Lead the program team to do the site assessment for the new suppliers or new sites.

-Coordinate with Visteon global plants and suppliers to solve quality issues and follow up the supplier's actions to prevent the reoccurrence through conference call, net meeting or on site review.

-To ensure suppliers are complying with Visteon requirements. e.g. Support SPE to introduce Visteon Specific Requirements and the applications such as Visteon Supplier Portal, supplier PPAP submission, supplier change request, Supplier Report Card, etc.

-Support Global Commodity Purchasing with the Commodity Strategy/Bid-List, Supplier Business Review, and etc..

-Establish the LED/LDE cost database and support Lighting Program pursuit.

-Promote the information sharing between Visteon Lighting and China JV.

-Other duties assigned by management.

Qualification Requirement:

-Engineer preferred.

-At least 2-4 years working experiences with manufacturing and/or Purchasing.More than 1 years in automotive industry.

-Understand the supply management.

-Good at analyzing the data and negotiation.

-Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

-Good Fluent in English including communicating via E-mail and conference call effectively.

-Good at Microsoft office applications using.

-Self-motivated and responsible.
