职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly observe the M/E operations of the contractor to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programs (including short term planning and Contract program).
2. Monitor Supervision company reports, inspections and remedial actions in M/E part.
3. Monitors with the Employer, Contractor and Supervision Co. the M/E equipment and materials approval process to ensure compliance with the ER and program.
4.Tendering-conduct the tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, submission of assessment report to recommend the qualified contractor
5 Construction-Manage and monitor the site activity for M/E part among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope and the variation valuation.
6. Draft M/E related project plan and project report, join project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party after the confirmation from PM.

Requirements:
1. Degree of mechanical or electrical engineering
2. Certified first level M/E constructor (preferred)
3. At least 5 years of relevant work in mechanical or electrical engineering;
4. Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code;
5. Familiarity with government approvals process;
6. Moderate in both written and spoken English;
7. Understanding FIDIC conditions and project programme scheduling;
8. IT literate and Autocad 2000 experienced;

Shanghai SIP Engineering Consulting Ltd. (SIP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colliers International.
