职位描述：
The role of the Implementation Subject Matter Expert is part of In-Plant Implementation team located in Shanghai to support  the deployment of manufacturing applications in China manufacturing plants for production and non-production business program launch. Its main responsibility is to be a technical expert of some plant floor process domains and the applications that support the implementation of these business programs. And  also it will have responsibilities within a project to Identify, Analyze, Design, and Implement and Validate the solutions/changes for the new or existing applications within its domains, by working very closely with external vendors and plant site business and IT teams.
? Identifies or develops  logical designs for solutions based on business requirements analysis.
? Ensures solutions adhere to corporate IT standards, architecture, and maintainability, ensures functional and non-functional requirements are met.
? Identifies and ensures interoperability with interfacing systems/ infrastructure.
? Works with external vendor/site experts to implement solutions/changes for certain applications.
? Implements application configurations and integrations to meet business production and non-production requirements
? Identifies, evaluates, and resolves implementation issues with vendors or plant site business and IT team.
? Executes deployment of application trainings for plant site business and IT based on request, with vendor and Ford resources.
? Maintain working relationships with global/regional, plant site business/IT  and external supplier experts for technical development.
