JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

You will be report to the GM and will be responsible for the implementation and further development of the MS production system, means will take charge of:

? Lean thinking and continuous improvement at all times, reviews the manufacturing processes and procedures, using data-driven problem analysis tools to detect the production problems and making the improvements.

? Build the Lean Manufacturing Team and drive your team to achieve and exceed targets.

? Conduct performance appraisal for direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of the production areas.

? Enforce a quality culture, right first time. Ensure production schedules are maintained through continuous monitoring and maintaining of production records.

? Making the production more efficient and effective by getting employees to work smarter which includes:

1 . keeping shop floor clean and orderly, promote good work place through the introduction of 5S

2. Teaching employees to use machines as much as it can be to replace the inefficient hand work

3. Delivers practical, hands-on training to employees to eliminate waste in all production.

? Responsible for health & safety in the production area.

? Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor or above degree in engineering, business or related discipline, Master is preferred.

· 5+ years of related working experiences in machinery manufacturing, automobile or electronic field, including at least 2 years of management experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.

· A good understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Continuous Improvement Process etc.

· Demonstrated ability and proven and sustained performance of all of the tasks.

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· Proven entrepreneurial and leadership skills and interact well in cross-functional teams.

· Fluent English in oral and writing.

· Excellent computer skills including MS office, working experience with SAP will be preferred.
