职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Owns project deliverables. Ensures project is on time, on cost, in scope
Ensure the program/project communication (internal and external)
Provides project/program reporting to steering committee
Coordinate/manage all project areas related: scope, time, budget/cost, quality, resources/HR, communication, risk
Support in formalizing project/program management in the organization
Responsible for compliance with standards, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and other product compliance requirements/standards.

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes:
Experience in engineering/management
Understanding of business processes with practices

Personal skills:
Takes ownership, “can do/responsible” attitude but fact based
Trustworthy, credible.

Good communicator & facilitator.
Good logistics & understanding

Education and Experience:
Technical or commercial studies
Low volume, mix production environment
Team leadership
