工作职责：

1.Process CNC programs and saw optimization programs to the metal shop

为五金车间提供数控机床的加工程序和最佳的开料程序
2. Understand and have full knowledge of CNC machine specs, tooling, and software

理解和掌握五金加工数控机床的各项性能、工具和软件
3. Will be responsible for regular maintenance and ordering machine repair parts

负责机器的日常维护和零件更换
4. Will be responsible for ordering new tools (custom and standard)

负责订购各类工具（标准的和定制的）
5. Design tooling for custom applications as needed

根据需求设计工具
6. Design custom fixturing and process as needed.

根据需求设计机器上的固定设施
7. Be responsible for planning best use of multiple machines to feed production based on small or single qty batches

负责计划最佳的多台机器的使用方案以满足每一批生产的需求。
8. Provide cycle times for production plan.

提供计划生产所需要的生产周期等数据

9. Track and provide report of cycle time versus production output

追踪并提供报告以比较生产周期和产量
