岗位职责:
? 负责生产部培训指导委员会的日常工作,遵循公司培训程序,有效开展生产部培训工作。
Responsible for daily work of the training steering committee of the production department, follow the company’s training procedure, effectively conduct training for the production department.
? 领导各工厂、部门培训负责人确定符合公司发展战略目标的培训目标。
Lead personnel responsible for training of each unit and department to determine training targets in line with the company’s strategic targets.
? 领导各工厂、部门培训负责人分拆、评估各层级在技能、知识、文化上的差异,制订或修订生产部培训策略和中远期培训规划;确定年度培训项目,制定年度培训计划,包括培训项目、成本预算、培训内容、方法、培训进度计划等。
Lead personnel responsible for training of each unit and department to break down and evaluate each levels about technical, knowledge and cultural differences, establish or revise training strategy of the production department and mid- and long-term training planning; determine annual training projects, develop annual training plan, including training projects, cost estimate, training contents, method, schedule and etc.
? 领导并负责生产部相关层级能力符合性的评估和审查。
Lead and responsible for evaluation and review on competence of corresponding levels in the production department.
? 有效执行由生产部培训指导委员会批准的年度培训计划并负责半年度、年度培训回顾并负责过程和策略修正。
Effectively carry out the annual training plan approved by the training steering committee of the production department, responsible for semi-annual and annual training review and revision of training process and strategy.
? 统筹各工厂培训需求,根据培训项目和计划,整合和确定培训资源、培训工具、方法和场所;建立各层次培训的矩阵,确定并培养公司内部培训师,与外部培训资源的落实,确保实现培训目标。
Comprehensively coordinate training needs of each unit, integrate and determine training resources, tools, methods and places according to training projects and plan; establish training matrix of each level, determine and cultivate trainers inside the company, make sure of external training resources to guarantee realization of training targets.
? 领导并负责培训工作的跟踪反馈,建立生产部培训评估体系和标准,带领生产部培训团队对培训工作进行有效评估和回顾,领导各工厂培训负责人有效开展培训质量评估,发现培训工作的不足或偏差,提出改进和调整措施;确保培训具有良好的质量与效果。
Lead and responsible for tracking and feedback of training work, establish training evaluation system and standard for the production department, lead the training team of the production department to effectively evaluate and review the training work, lead personnel responsible for training of each unit to effectively evaluate training quality, raise improvement and adjustment measures whenever inadequacies or deviance is found in training work; ensure good quality and results of training.
? 为生产部各工厂、部门的领导为发展各自团队的能力而提供培训支持。
Provide training support for leaders of each unit and section of the production department to develop capabilities of their teams.
? 严格执行生产部培训指导委员会的指令;向生产部培训指导委员会报告培训实施和符合情况,提出培训改进建议。
Strictly execute orders given by the training steering committee of the production department; report to the training steering committee of the production department about implementation and compliance status of the training.
? 负有管理、辅导团队的职责,认真践行并积极推进公司价值观和企业文化建设。包括但不限于责任与承诺、道德与合规、CI持续改进等。
Responsible for manage and coach the team, initiating and advancing company value and enterprise cultural construction, including but not limited to responsibility and commitment, morality and compliance, continuous improvement, etc.
? 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Accomplish other work assigned by manager in time.
任职资格:
? 大学本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
? 在化工行业或培训领域具备至少10年的工作经验,5年以上的管理工作经验,担任过培训部门的领导职位或有在大型合资企业的工作经验者优先。
At least 10 years production management experience in large petrochemical company and 5 years management experience, with rich training experience and has acted as leader in training department or with work experience in large joint venture companies is preferred.

Leadership. Strong leadership and coordination abilities, able to lead the training team to excellently and innovatively complete the work.

? 实施计算机培训的经验/知识,了解HSSE培训。

? 熟练使用Microsoft应用以及数据库系统。
Good at Microsoft and database system.
? 熟悉网上培训管理系统。
Familiar with online training management system.
