职位描述：
1. Responsible for the selection, hiring, training, development, and performance management for a team of Clinical Data Management staff.
2. Assign tasks and responsibilities within Data Management to team members, in a manner that - optimizes team capability; delivers timely and accurate results; and supports the needs of the business.
3. Ensure that assigned team executes Data Management functions in accordance with Chiltern and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Enhance, further develop and implement procedures that enhance Data Management’s capability to participate in Business development presentations and bid development
5. Develop and implement procedures that enhance the Data Management team’s capability to contribute to production of bids and proposals development
6. Serve as an escalation resource for relevant Data Management issues; triage issues and ensure closure; liaise with stakeholders to ensure that measures to prevent issue recurrence are identified and implemented.
7. Ensure that study team member performance supports project budget and delivery requirements
8. Actively monitor resource requirements within team providing recommendations and justification for any hiring needs
9. Provides review and inputs into DM SOP review with ability to write effective DM SOPs
10. Acts as deputy for Associate Director as required
